Arigatou Easter!

Last sunday was easter. I had Luce stay at my house for most of that long weekend. we spent alot of thursday and friday night with Reece and Sunny and also Georgia(friday night). not too much went on. a little bit messy on the thursday but the friday was quite clean. that's no including on the friday night when Sunny decided to get naked (as he likes to) and brought Reece along with him... because you know.. they're boys and boys do that kind of stuff together.....

later that weekend Luce and i really just focused on art type things. videod to a new music video i'm composing and directing. that was pretty much work as apose to fun.

MUCH later on the sunday we missed out on the easter egg hunt so we decided to treat our selves to a night out to dinner with some girlfriends. we went to Arigatou Tapanyaki. its this little japanese restaurant in broadbeach where we ate for a bit and then went around the corner to starbucks for some coffee. this is where we got to know georgias friend Andrew. who by the way, is an absolute darling. and i don't only cal him that, he called himself that as he is a girl underneath the skin. he's great. i have a lovely night.

Beth's 18/taxi ride to Gabby H's/TSS oval/Keish's

Long lost post:
Literally about two weekends ago Beth had her 18th. (finally). 15/17 of us went out to dinner at this Thai restaurant; Chang Mai Thai. it's really nice there, really tradtional and just nice. everyone that works there is of the asian ethnisity so it gives it this nice little touch to it. i arrived with Luce, Georgia, Cindy and Heidi. we brought Beth two lovely bottles of champagne which lept down many girls thoats very quickly. i ordered some tom yum soup which was appetising.. and everyone else ordered meals that could possibly feed a small country in Africa.

after dinner we decided on waiting outside the lovely little thai temple for our 1st class taxi to some unknown party we were planning on going on.
georgia and i got some other lovely photos whilst in the taxi...






Later and i mean MUCH later we headed off to the uknown party as to where no further photographs were taken due to the wine that had gotten to our poorley heads.

other unmentionable things happened like my boyfriend. but i am little phased about it all. i'm a free spirit.

Because i hae a love for photography
i feel a real photographer will take a picture of anything they want. anything they could see everyday with something so very unusual about it, a real photographer will capture that moment and share it with the world because i think photographers are the most generous people in the world. they are worthy enough to take pictures of disturbing things, hateful things, frightening things, do anything to get that one shot. one picture worth a thousand words and made within a 1/10000th of a second.

I spent my last sunday in the best way possible. Nicole and i decided to spend the weekend together. friday night was Natashas birthday and this lovely THAI place. we basked in many apetisers and cute cocktales. it was a nice evening. Tash also got a cool polaroid. some nice pictures were taken with it.

















Later that next day Nicole and i decided to just have a long/LONG sleep-in. once awokened from our slumbers we escaped off to Pac fair and watched "Fools Gold" which was alright. who doens't like pirates and treasure movies these days?

Saturday night really just consisted of watching far too many movies on the laptop and falling asleep at about 12.30.

Early next day Nicole and i headed off to Brisbane to meet up with Simon at the GOMA to see the Andy Warhol Exhibition. We hung out there for a while and then i was suprised by Grace and Chris which was great. soon after this nicole and i went our seperate ways for a few hours and basked in our friends aromas.

It was the best day. reminded me how must i missed my bestfriend Grace and how much i could miss my new friend Chris.
Later that afternoon i watched the sliding doors on the train close between the connection of oxygen Gace and i shared and had been sharing with eachother that gracious afternoon. i held my starbucks coffee in my left hand and walked slowly down the isle-way of the carriage.
I'll miss you Grace.
